Editorial Design

POTENT is a distinctly Caribbean and diasporic print and digital magazine committed to utilizing its unique and unapologetic editorial voice to express the great beauty and power of Caribbean people. POTENT's print magazine needed to be revampt with a style that is vibrant and exciting but also very clean while presenting each article uniquely with bold imagery. I created a style guide as a basis for each article then designed each article to have it's own flare while following the overall style. The approach allowed each page to pop while staying connected in appearance.
